Why You Should Eat More

Eat More - Lose Weight


You've probably even heard this before right? Eat more and lose weight, but most of the emphasis surrounding this statement regards frequent meals.

The modern way is to eat several meals (5-7) per day and to speed up the metabolism, but that's not what I mean here.


The best way to lose weight is to eat more low density foods.


Low density foods are really low calorie foods that usually are high in fiber an low in any caloric value.


This means you can eat quite a lot of these foods, be full at every meal and most of all - Never ever starve!


Some low calorie foods include :


Celery

Pumpkin

Cucumber

Watermelon

Capsicum peppers

Chili Peppers

Onions

tomatoes

Green beans


There are many more low density foods and they are great for making you feel full and leaving you satisfied after every meal.
