Make the most of the big guns So you've written a bunch quality articles and you want to build backlinks and put your name out there.
What is the best system ?- Auto-submit, Manual submit or unique content only?
It all depends on the angle you are trying to work.
If your aim is to spread your affiliates links and get as many hits as you can then auto-submitting is not such a bad Idea, however if you want to establish high pr articles and put your name out there as an authority then maybe the best thing you can do is to only submit unique content articles.
There is no doubt about it - Google will put the same article 2-3 times on the front page if it cuts the mustard, but the pr gets diluted for duplicate content - we assume.
Once you have established 50-100 articles at an ezine publisher you will have a presence and with that comes people following your links and following your opinions. Having fans of your blog will make your influence valuable in monetization terms.
Article directories are a useful resource in link building and branding. Use them well and often.
Don't be afraid of hard work.
Write Unique content
Unique articles share insights with readers and let the author keep current with trends and events of the time. Stale spun content often fails to do this.
Unique content articles are packed with valuable long tail keywords that bring in all that delicious trickle traffic and keep doing so. Stale and spun content doesn't because it's the same words just rehashed and remodeled.
Fresh original articles keep your follower up to date with your ideas and whatever it is you feel you have to share. Stale content just keeps on plugging the same hole that has long since been filled.
Original, unique articles are rated by the search engines as the ideal content, whilst spun articles are considered terrible and discarded by the search engines.....
.....Wait a minute, that last part isn't true at all!
Unfortunately, for all of you out there who write a ton of unique content articles, there are still those spun ones that get good ratings in the search engine results. This Sucks!
After all shouldn't that unique article be valued highly and definitely above some barely legible piece of Frankenstein's article. Well, it should be but unfortunately while it isn't, the temptation is too strong for many people too resist.
After all, who doesn't want to create 200 articles in an hour?
Personally I like to write fresh articles and don't like spinning and hopefully the search engines will catch up nice and soon.
Here's hoping!
