Top Stumbles Pligg Review No.2

Top Stumbles is a social bookmarking site. I promised to give honest reviews and this one will be the first negative one unfortunately.
Top Stumbles is one of those bookmarking sites where the owners have too much control and if you do the hard work they still won't let you get front page coverage, in fact I'm highly suspicious that ALL the articles on the front page are their own. What is the Pr Rank?
The page rank is 2 Is there a submission limit?
No submission limits, just don't think that your best will be good enough, because I believe they "control" the published links . Is it just a basic pligg?
No - It's actually quite an attractive site and it doesn't use the same old boring template.
How much time should I spend per day at If you ask me - None
Will it help my link building campaign?
Probably not much - you might get a couple of pr 2 links, but you'll never get the front page traffic. How may friends do I need to add to see results?
I would add 30-40 +++ and hope some of them follow your links.
An overall score out of 10 (ten being perfect)
I'm sorry to be a negative Nelly, but the best I could give this site from a users perspective is 2.5 and that's mostly for the aesthetics.
