Is Wetpaint Nofollow? If you are trying to compile a list of dofollow sites where you can build up backlinks that actually count then you will probably be trying to eliminate the ones that enable nofollow on their links and seek to avoid those sites. Dofollow links help us to build up the backlinks and PR of our site. Nofollow links DON'T
For this reason many webmaster wouldn't so much as sneeze on a nofollow site, which is fair enough when you think about it. After all why would you add content to there site when they wouldn't give you a measely backlink for your effort?
Would you enter a relationship that was take-take? Of course not, which is why you probably want to deduce which site enable nofollow, so that you can avoid such a relationship.
Now Wetpaint, is it nofollow?
Unfortunately it is, which means they'll be happy to take your content, build up their page rank and make money, but they don't feel it necessary to let your links count.
For this reason I wouldn't write a sentence for them.
The only reason sites like this manage to exist is that people who don't understand nofollow, think they are link building by adding content there. Now you know so, make up your own mind - I've made up mine! |
