Gaining weight can be extremely difficult and takes time and effort. There are a handful of useful supplements that can really help. Creatine Other than consuming 1000's more calories, you can supplement with creatine which is widely considered the best supplement ever. Creatine increases atp cell production and adds volume to muscle size by attracting water into the cells. When taking creatine, extra hydration is extrememly important. Without adequate fluid intake creatine can dehydrate you. Loading Phase There a new forms of creatine that you don't need to load with , however if you do use old school creatine then you need to initially load up. For the first week of intake - Take 5 grams 6 times per day. After that take 5 grams after a workout and 5 grams before bed. Many people can gain 1 pound per week in the first few weeks of use. |
