Pile On The Mass If it was as easy as stuffing your face with food, then there wouldn't be a skinny person on the planet, however putting on muscle mass is a little more complex than that. That doesn't mean there aren't faster ways to build up muscle. There absolutely is a good method to bulk up and gain a few quick pounds. First you need to sort out your nutrition. You will need: *Low GI Carbs *Low Fat Proteins *Omega 3 Fats These are the base foods that can help to pile on the mass. Every meal will consist of these three food types. You will eat 6-7 meals per day. The reason these foods work so well is that none of them convert to fat very easy, so we can fill up the muscles with carbs. We can eat enough proteins that our muscles never shrink. We can eat enough high quality fat that we preserve muscle, burn fat and rest well. By eat the right foods - Often, we can add quality pounds to our body frame without turning into lard. |
