Don't Dilute Your Links

Don't water down your progress
There is a theory about that seems to be proved more and more, that if you put too many links on a page, then that page gives less link juice per link.
This dilution effect is because you just can't put 50 links on a pr 6 page an expect the search engines to count them as valuable.
For this reason they don't!
Link Dilution This means that there is also a difference between 1 link on a page and 5.
So, think about this when you cram your resource box at the article directories...
....do you want lower valued links?
I mean 3 links from a pr 1 page would effectively be pr.33 links and we all want higher pr links don't we? One per page
next time you're tempted, to blast a page with links consider how many you need and whether you believe in link dilution at lower levels, like 2-4 links. |
