How To Gain Weight? So just how does one gain mass and bulk? First you need supplements to add calories to your diet, but more importantly, what I want to touch on is staple weight gain foods. So here we will talk about food. You need to eat and eat lots - That's it, but it is not that simple. The right foods will help you gain mass, but the wrong ones will make you gain blubber. What you need is to consume the best weight gain foods - The very best. Top Weight gain Foods I like as a carbo source: lentils, wholemeal pasta chickpeas . They keep the blood sugar low and if you eat lots of them you won't get fat. For protein I like: fish, tuna, lean chicken ground beef (lean) This will help repair the muscle and don't forget a good whey protein powder.
